What is included in my rental?Most of our rates are fully inclusive.

What taxes are included in my rental? The prices quoted on the website are normally tax inclusive.

What is Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?It is an insurance limiting your liability to the excess amount in case of damage. This insurance is included in most of our rates, however, please check it is so in your booking Terms & Conditions before you arrive at the rental desk. This insurance has exclusions such as damage to glass (e.g. windows, windscreen, etc.) tyres, undercarriage, roof and loss of keys; for instance if you damage the undercarriage of the vehicle, you will be liable for the full cost of repair.

  • What is Vehicle Theft Waiver?It is an insurance limiting your liability to the excess amount in case of theft of the vehicle. This insurance is included in most of our rates, however, please check it is so in your booking Terms & Conditions before you arrive at the rental desk.
    Please note if the vehicle is stolen and you cannot return the key i.e. you were negligent and left the key in a prominent and vulnerable location, you may be liable for the full cost of the vehicle.
  • Can you explain what the Liability Insurance is?It is an insurance limiting your liability for any damage caused to other people and/or other people's property. It is usually limited to a maximum of €10000. The insurance is limited and there may be excess which means that you may be liable for any amount over and above the value of the insurance.

Company tariffs include unlimited mileage.

Yes, and we accept only original and valid driving licenses. We do not accept any copies of driving licenses.

Yes, it's possible. However, it may happen sometimes during a summer season that we have to refuse your request for the rental prolongation, if other clients have already made a reservation and we have no available cars. In that case we will try to provide a car from other car rental company.

In many countries children under 135cm are required to sit in a child seat or booster. You can take these seats in Mtl Car Rental for 3 euros per day.

Yes, but please state the other driver when you pick up the car. This is important for insurance reason and in case you are being pulled over by the police.

If you either chose or have to return your vehicle, prior to the pre-booked completion date, we will refund any of the unused rental time.

In case of an accident, it is very important to call the police immediately (122) and inform representatives of the Rent a car Adriatic about the accident. We will provide raod assistance and a replacement vehicle. You must fill in and sign all needed papers you may receive from the police. Details about third persons who participated in the accidents must be submitted, as well.

Driving licence: Must be valid and at least two years driving experience. If in non-roman alphabet you must have a translation.

Yes, you can drive the car in other countries. This service will be charged.

In case it is your fault in a collision and you did not take the full insurance you will have to pay the amount agreeded by car rental Contract. If it's not your fault you do not have to pay anything, just bring us the police report.

Yes, you can. We accept cash payment, too.

You will pick up your rental car with a full fuel tank. If you do not return the car with a full tank, you will be invoiced the cost of missing fuel and a refuelling service charge.

The rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period commencing from the time of pickup. In case you are late more than two hours, the next rental day shall be charged.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation at latest 48 hours before the time specified for picking-up a car. If you fail to cancel your reservation in due time, you are obligated to pay the full rental price.
